In year 2005, GRASi company commissioned Tongji University School of materials science and engineering to carry out property research of acid rain resistant chloride ion protective agent products which produced by GRASi. Conclusions are as follows:
Concrete substrate using GRASi acid rain resistance and anti chloride ion protective agent, in the environment of acid rain and the erosion of chloride ion, can effectively improve the ability of concrete acid rain and chloride resistance, cut down the decrease of concrete strength, weight loss, volume change.
In this study, the experimental conditions predicted by the model, GRASi acid rain resistant chloride ion protective agent applied to concrete lifespan can reach more than 20 years.
